All fossilized shark teeth and other fossils sold by fossil junkies are guaranteed 100% authentic.  We provide detailed information on each fossil including the collection location, size, and condition, so you can make an informed purchase.  Please be sure to read all product details before making your purchase.

We do not offer refunds or returns on any fossils once they have shipped.  If you change your mind before your order is shipped, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate a refund or exchange.

While rare, fossils can sometimes be damaged during shipping. If your fossil arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Be sure to send both a photo and video of the damage to help us assess the situation. We will then offer you a replacement of equal value or a store credit for the same amount, at your discretion.

• Address accuracy: Please ensure the address provided during checkout is correct and up-to-date.  We can only guarantee delivery to the shipping address associated with your payment.  Fossil ship to any other address cannot be guaranteed.
• Apartment deliveries:  If your item is being shipped to an apartment, it must be shipped to the office of the building or held for pick up to ensure it's safe arrival.  We cannot guarantee the safety of the item if it is not held at the building's office or held for pick up.
• Pickup locations: Any items held for pick up must match the shipping address provided at checkout.  We are unable to guarantee delivery if there is a discrepancy in the address.

• Do not offer cash refunds on any shipped items.Only replacements or store credit of equal value.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with replacement orders.
• Timely communication is key-claims made outside of the two hour window after delivery will not be honored.
